James, Thanks for the vote and the edits. The reason for the early close is that the deadline to submit to 3GPP is before the end of the ballot. Below are the updated ballot results. Steve Ballot Results EC has 16 Voters. Motion approval requires a 2/3 approval rate. For early close this requires 11 approve votes.
