Background
As I explained at the July Plenary, IEEE 802 has been invited to make a
presentation at the 3GPP Workshop on Licensed-Assisted Access (LAA). A presentation document was approved on an 802.19 conference call of August 10 by vote, open to anyone on call, of 21/0.0. Four of the 21 Yes voters were 802.19
voters.

by the 802 chair, editorial suggestions made during balloting may be incorporated into the final approved document.
