A one-time download with a personalized code assigned to each attendee would achieve exactly the same … From: Clint Chaplin [mailto:clint.chaplin@gmail.com] We get a signature when the DVD is picked up. Will IEEE allow this option? How do we enforce the license agreement? Of USB vs DVD, I prefer DVD, because storage of DVDs is easier than storage of assorted shape-and-size usb adapters. I do have a DVD drive in my laptop. My preference is none of the above – i.e. electronic access during the meeting to an image of the DVD that could be downloaded. I am requesting that you try and get some input for me on the topic of memory sticks from participants in your WG and have the individuals email me if they have issues with memory sticks. I need to get this information quickly in order to begin the task of preparations for the 2016 electronic media distribution, so a prompt response will be greatly appreciated.
