Roger,
Infering affliation from a letter of endorsement will not be sufficient.
'Infering affiliation' is open to interpretation and it is not reasonable to
expect the Recording Secretary to have that responsibility. The
responsibility must rest solely with the member supplying the disclosure,
therefore I request the disclosure of affilition be supplied as a separate
document from each individual.
