Subject: Reminder: LMSC P&P Review Meeting
All,
As a reminder, the LMSC P&P Review Meeting will be held this evening.
Here is the meeting information:
Date: Sunday 3/5/2006
Time: 6 PM - 10 PM
Location: Limestone boardroom on 4th floor of Hyatt Regency
Denver (at Colorado Convention center) on the 4th floor in.
I don't think it will take 4 hours to complete the agenda for this
meeting. But I'm allowing extra time so that individuals who wish to
participate but have potential conflicts with other meetings can resolve
the conflicts. If you wish to discuss a specific topic at a specific
time during the P&P meeting let me know, and I'll be sure I am available
in the meeting room and raise the topic at that time. However, if I
receive no specific requests I will proceed down the agenda until all
items are completed. Once the agenda is complete (if I have not had
requests to discuss a specific topic at a later time) I intend to
adjourn the meeting.
Here is the planned agenda:
Review of P&P Revision titled 'WG Plenary'
Review of P&P Revision titled 'Editorial'
Review of Proposed P&P Revision titled 'Documentation
Numbers'
Other issues from the floor.
The most recent documents relating to these revisions can be found in
the EC email archive as follows:
WG Plenary:

Editorial:
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/secmail/bin00243.bin
Doc Nub's:
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/secmail/bin00248.bin
Note that because of the way our reflector stores PDF files, it is
necessary to copy the pdf document down from the reflector and change
the '.bin' extension to '.pdf' so that you may view it.
On the editorial revision I have provided the original ballot document.
I have not made any comment resolutions yet as I am wait for Roger to
provide specific objections to my more 'extensive' changes. As soon as
I receive feedback from Roger I will provide an updated proposed
resolution.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
