In the first Bullet 1), the last line - "Nowhere does the announcement
state the difference between this forum and an authentic IEEE Standard." -
seems to equate two rather different types of object, namely a forum and a
standard. Suggest the following alternative wording:
"Nowhere does the announcement state the difference between a specification
that may be produced by this forum and an authentic IEEE Standard."
Otherwise, looks to me like a good re-wording of the document.
