Dear WG Chairs,
Friendly reminder related to PARs that will be considered at the IEEE 802 March 2024 Plenary –
Per IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual, v26 (ec-17-0090-26-0PNP-ieee-802-lmsc-operations-manual.pdf), Section 9.2:
A complete proposed PAR and, if applicable, the criteria for standards development (CSD) statement, as described in Clause 14, shall be submitted for review to the IEEE 802 LMSC via the IEEE 802 LMSC email reflector for review. The submittal message should include Internet links to the required submittal documents. Presence of the submittal message in the reflector archive (with time stamp) is evidence of delivery.
PARs and, if applicable, the associated CSD that use the Plenary Review process shall be submitted for review no less than 30 days prior to the day of the opening IEEE 802 LMSC meeting of the IEEE 802 LMSC Plenary Session in which the PAR is to be approved.
PARs and, if applicable, the associated CSD that use Expedited Review process shall be submitted for review no less than 48 hours in advance of the start of the closing IEEE 802 LMSC meeting of an in-person IEEE 802 Plenary Session or one week in advance of any other IEEE 802 LMSC meeting in which the PAR is to be approved.
Please keep this in mind for the upcoming March 2024 Plenary where the IEEE 802 LMSC Opening Meeting will be 11 March 2024.
