IEEE SA offers awards to worthy participants in its working groups after a standard is published, and it is the responsibility of the Working Group Chair to determine the recipients for their working group when the standard is completed.
Requests for Working Group Awards had been handled through submission of a web-based form, but in 2021 the IEEE SA rolled out an updated, streamlined Working Group Awards request tool through myProject. This new Working Group Awards tool has been used in myProject for over a year, while the older format was still available.
With the successful and ongoing use of the myProject system, please note that as of 24 March 2023, all Working Group Award requests will be processed through the myProject system only.
Any requests currently in process will be satisfied using the system through which they were submitted.
