Hi Edward,I would suggest that the WebEx Meeting settings in july have the "Allow Participants Video" be deselected (turned off).This made a dramatic difference in our testing.If we all work together to conserve the bandwidth, we will have a better experience.I will look to include this suggestion in our training of the Meeting facilitators (maybe the Vice Chair as a suggestion).Kind Regards,Jon-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Jon Rosdahl Engineer, Senior Staff

Thanks! During the EC call, you may have mentioned to discourage the use of video to save bandwidth. I do not find such a requirement in the tab "V3-DS-AVH Requirements". Shall we either (1) remind the participants not to turn on their videos; or (2) proactively de-select the "video" function of the meeting options "Select options that you want participants to have when meeting begins:"?
