G’day Roger.
I started editing and realised the first issue is not an issue because we do indeed provide a response to all comments.
On the second issue, we could change
defer to something else but I am not sure there is a need given the following sentence clarifies the meaning

G’day Roger
I will fix the first issue in v7
Defer was not intended to mean delay, but rather that we are deferring to IEEE SA to resolve it. That said, I will delate it

I suggest this edit:
This liaison statement from IEEE 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee (IEEE 802) to ISO/IEC JTC1/SC6 provides responses to all the comments received during the 60-day ballot
on IEEE 802.11ax-2021.
Also, I think it would be better to delete the word "Defer", since we aren't asking for the comment resolution to be deferred.

Steve,
My understanding is that it will come directly from the SA President, SASB and BoG are not involved.

Dorothy,
Thanks for providing the link to the document.
Paul,
When you say SA will provide a response to the IPR-related comments, will this come from the Standards Board, or the Board of Governors, or some other part of the
SA? I was not clear on what it means for SA to respond. Thanks for any clarification on this.
Thanks,
Steve

Will we get a chance to see the amended/edited responses before the EC meeting?
Dear EC Members,
As you may recall, at our 05 October 2021 teleconference we decided to defer approval of an IEEE
802 response to the JTC1 PSDO ballot 802.11ax comments. Since then I've been in several discussions with SA staff, legal and relevant 802 EC members. After much discussion, the SA has directed 802 to only respond to the technical comments, while the SA will
respond to the IPR related comments and include the 802 responses in the SA's communication back to JTC1. This is expected to be a quick process, as we will have a motion to approve the 802 responses to technical comments at the opening EC that I expect will
be non-controversial, upon which the SA will incorporate them into their response to JTC1, which is expected to be promptly executed by the SA President
We can discuss this in a bit more depth at our opening EC meeting during the motion to approve the
802 response, but because we have a packed agenda, I will try to limit the time to 5 minutes or so. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this item in greater detail.
