James, 1) yes 2) 103a) Although I agree the use 802 funds to support the trial, I believe the IEEE SA should fund it from their surplus given the significant amount of surplus generated by the sale of IEEE 802 MAC addresses. 3b) I don't have an accurate measure how many people are using Framemaker simultaneously for IEEE 802 editorial work, but we should supply licenses to anyone that requests and needs it to support their IEEE 802 editorial work.
