Pat:
I just checked on the consultation, ad this is the correct wording/spelling
Question 8-1: ISED is seeking comments on its proposal to designate the band 64-71 GHz for licence-exempt operations on a no-protection, no-interference basis.

Question 8-1 should match the question asked so if it doesn't please correct. Licence/license appears to be British/American spelling convention. The dictionaries I checked don't show "licensce" as a valid alternative spelling. Licence is what the Canadian government website uses so that shouldn't be changed. I'm okay with Roger's other corrections.
I vote approve.

Pat

Dear EC members,
On Thursday 21stnd July 2017 the IEEE 802.18 Radio Regulatory Technical Advisory Group approved an input document to Canada’s Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED), for their 5G consultation. It was discussed in IEEE 802.18 at the face-to-face meeting in Berlin. The teleconference was authorized with sufficient time to declare a quorum. The deadline for submissions is 4th August 2017.
I would now like to proceed to the motion in respect to this submission and Paul has delegated the conduct of the EC electronic ballot to me.
