Reminder for all –

At the last Plenary meeting we used the following process for adding items to the consent agenda – and IMHO as recording secretary, it helped us greatly -

 

 

In addition, the motions template is 99.99% finished (needs one rules reference from Gilb).  Please use the forms of the motions provided in the template.
