A few minor editorial suggestions: “IEEE 802.22 standards based systems have a potential to provide broadband access to wide regional areas around the world to bring information and communication technologies to unserved and underserved communities,” The sentence is kind of long and the structure “potential to provide … to bring” seems awkward and too tentative to my ear. Replacing “to bring” with “bringing”
is stronger. Perhaps also replace “have a potential to provide” with “can provide” It has been known Why past tense? “It is known” or perhaps you meant “It has been shown” adoption of this standard from countries Adoption by would be a more usual phrase; suggest replacing “from” with “by” I think these are editorial enough that we don’t need to discuss them. Use the suggestions or not as you like. Regards, Pat From: ***** IEEE 802 Executive Committee List ***** [mailto:STDS-802-SEC@ieee.org]
