Dear All,
So far the 802.22 WG has received comments from 802.19 WG, 802.11 WG and 802.16 WG (I cannot access the comments provided by the 802.16 WG and I have requested Harry Bims to send
them to me as a document - http://doc.wirelessman.org/16-13-0184
). If we are missing anyone else’ s comments, please let us know as soon as possible.
Thanks, Apurva From: Mody, Apurva (US SSA)
Thanks Steve,
Paul asked us to submit a 5C for this revision PAR.
This was sent out later on November 1st at 1.06 am. Please see the e-mails below.
Regards Apurva _____________________________________________ Dear EC Members,
Paul asked me to add 5C to the IEEE Std. 802.22-2011 Revision PAR document that was sent to the EC reflector on October 10th and 11th 2013.
802.22 WG had a telecon during which we drafted and approved a 5C document that is attached along with the PAR form.
The attached PAR and 5C can also be found on the Mentor at

Please let us know if you have any comments.
Thanks Apurva
_____________________________________________ Dear EC Members,
There was a correction to be made to the 802.22 Revision PAR form. Please use the attached document as the inputs to the Revision PAR form, for the IEEE Std. 802.22-2011. The document to be considered can be found on Mentor at:
https://mentor.ieee.org/802.22/dcn/13/22-13-0138-03-0000-802-22-revision-par.pdf
Sincerely,
Mody _____________________________________________ Dear EC Members,
Please find attached the Revision PAR for the IEEE Std. 802.22-2011.
This can also be found on the Mentor at:

The PAR has been approved by the 802.22 Working Group. Since this is a revision project we did not think that the 5C was necessary.
Please let us know if you have any comments or questions.

Apurva, The 802.19 WG reviewed the 802.22 Revision PAR and has the following comments and questions. IEEE 802.22 Revision Since Gerald Chouinard is no longer the vice chair of the working group Section 3.1 of the PAR should be updated with the current vice chair. In the Purpose section it says that a new clause will be added. This sounds a bit like an amendment. Is there a reason a 5C was not provided for this new clause? Regards, Steve |
