Section 5.2 Scope
The scope uses text that speaks of the future, yet the scope will go into
the finished standard and so should be written as past tense. Accordingly, I
suggest the following changes:
Change "is envisioned to support" to be "has been added to support"
Change "It is expected that this amendment will result in the definition of
a new device (a Port Extender) and optional augmentation ..." to be "This
amendment has defined a new device, a Port Extender, and optional
augmentation ..."
