Dear All,
There are currently two items of interest to the IEEE 802 wireless WGs that
have comment due dates prior to the May wireless interim in Montreal. They
are:
1) The Starkey Labs petition for FCC rule making to modify Part
15.247(a)(2) and Part 15.247(a)(3) of the Commission's rules. A draft of
proposed comments supporting Starkey's petition is available on 802.18's
Mentor web site as Doc. 49. Comments are due by 5 May.
2) Comments on the U.K. Ofcom Digital Dividend proposal. This document
is being developed by 802.22 and 802.11 and should be available on 17 April.
For further details please contact Rich Kennedy at
rich.kennedy@oaktreewireless.com. Comments are due by 1 May.
This call will be to review the two documents and vote on their approval.
Presuming approval they will be submitted to the EC for a 5 day review.
