Attached is a draft contribution for consideration by 802.18.  This document was approved for submission to 802.18 WG according to the following motion passed by 802.16 WG:

 

"To authorize the ITU-R Liaison Group to draft documents as needed, tentatively approve them on behalf of the WG (subject to confirmation at the 802.16 Closing Plenary), and submit them for 802.18 consideration."

 

Please note that the deadline for contributions to WP 5D is on 16 June 2008.
