While it's hard to disagree with the points being made about this
"needing more thought," I don't believe it is a fundamentally broken
concept: ie provide things online as opposed to a burned CD. Seems as if
we should be smart enough to pull this off.
I say let's try it. If it's a disaster, we'll do something else!
My vote is to approve.

802 plenary meeting to download the material previously made available
via an annual distribution of a CD-ROM. The download facility will be
available only during the weeks of an 802 plenary session, from 8am on
Monday until 6pm on Friday."
