Re: [802SEC] "non-conflicted" classification of John Lemon

Paul, et al,

I am not aware of any conflict of interest on my part with regards to
802.20-related matters.

- Thanks to my ongoing divorce, I no longer own stock in *any* company,
other than through broad-market mutual funds held by retirement accounts.
- My sole income comes from Adtran, which, to the best of my knowledge,
does not have any 802.16-based products, or any announced products that
would use 802.16 or 802.20 standards. We do sell a product line in the
fixed wireless space (http://tinyurl.com/3dmltk), which a year-old press
release (http://tinyurl.com/2wo6eu) claimed to have garnered Adtran the
"Top Spot in License-Free Microwave Market". But, as far as I can tell,
the TRACER product line does not use any 802 wireless protocols.
- I'm not aware of anyone from Adtran attending any of the 802 WGs
dealing with wireless other than that one of my colleagues (also in the
CTO's office, not part of any product development group) attended one
802.16 meeting to see what was going on there. (The chairs of the
wireless WGs would probably be the only ones who could determine this
with any reliability.)
