According to this draft release, "802.3ak(tm)-2004" and " IEEE
802.3ae(tm)"
are IEEE trademarks and "IEEE" and "InfiniBand" are not trademarked.  I
don't think so.  "IEEE" and "InfiniBand" are registered trademarks
according to the US Patent and Trademark Office.  "802" is not
registered to the IEEE for anything.

Given the IEEE's fuss about branding and trademarks, I vote DISAPPROVE
until the trademark indications are corrected.
