RE: Proposed Letter to CS SAB and IEEE-SA Standards on Electronic Balloting

This is not yet the vote: it is debate time.

All

Although I have to agree with Geoff that this is a bit outside the scope, I
do support the inclusion of this part of the process. May be by adding to
the subject: "and streamlining of the process"?
I support Geoff's second issue.
