Final Draft of IEEE-SA letter to ETSI
I have tried to simplify what was being asked by the IEEE-SA in its letter
the SEC approved on Thursday in Montreal. I doubt this is the final version,
as IEEE staff will also do some polishing and determine who the letter
should be from.
