2024 March IEEE 802 Plenary Registration Deadline Reminder
The Standard Registration Fee and Cancellation Deadline is March 1, 2024
If you plan to attend in person or virtually and still need to register for the session, please do so as soon as possible.
Participating Working Groups: 802.1, 802.3, 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24

Registration Fees and Deadlines
- Standard: $US 1150 After January 12, until March 1, 2024
- Late/Onsite: $US 1500.00 After March 1, 2024
- Student: $US 100.00
Cancellation Fees and Deadlines
- Refundable with a $US150.00 Cancellation Fee: After January 12, until March 1, 2024
- Non-Refundable: After March 1, 2024
Registration Fees Terms
- Registration Fees are required for all individuals participating in the session.
- The Registration Fee is Non-Transferable
- Registration Fees are payable by credit card only
Registration Fees Discount
- Registration fees for the March 2024 IEEE 802 Plenary Session shall be discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay at least 3 nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Denver Colorado Convention Center Denver.
Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 500.00.
- To receive the discounted rate, reservations must be completed, and a confirmation number must be entered when completing registration.
Registration Type Changes
- Registration Type (In Person/Virtual)
- If you must change your registration type from In-Person to Virtual or Virtual to In-Person after registration, contact the Meeting Planner, Face to Face Events, at 802info@facetoface-events.com before February 23, 2024.
- Hotel Discount (In Hotel/Not In Hotel)
- If you have made or cancelled a Hyatt Regency Denver guest room reservation after registration, contact the Meeting Planner, Face to Face Events, at 802info@facetoface-events.com before February 23, 2024.

- *Friday breakfast and lunch for individuals attending Friday meetings.
Optional Social Event Ticket Fee
- Participation in the onsite networking social event is optional for in-person attendees; tickets can be purchased for $US 24.99 during registration.
- If you wish to purchase a ticket after registering, please return to the registration site and log in using the Already Registered button to complete your ticket purchase.
- Tickets can be purchased until Friday, March 8, 2024.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- The 2024 March Plenary Social is a Networking Reception at Hyatt Regency Denver
