I've talked with Hassan, the Chair of the 802.11 ITU ad-hoc, and he agreed that there is no change mark required for the updated IEEE statements on page 2, and we will remove it.

I understand that change marks are used in the annexes, but they are inappropriate in the statements on page 2 and should be cleared.

With this email I would like to announce the start of an LMSC(EC) ballot on submissions to ITU-R Working Party 5A in response to two liaisons for recommendations M.1450-5 and M.1801-2. This is a continuation of prior submissions done over the past year or
so.
Paul has delegated to me to conduct a LMSC(EC) 10-day electronic ballot on the motion below to approve the comments to the ITU-R Working Party 5A. This EC motion is per IEEE 802 OM 7.2.1 Procedure, P&P 7.1 b) (majority response) and P&P 7.1.2 (2/3 approval
of votes cast) for communication with government bodies and public statements. With that we would like to see everyone respond.

deadline for the Working Party 5A’s next meeting. With the chair of 802.18 authorized to make editorial changes as necessary.
