Dear LMSC members,
I would like to thank everyone for replies and inputs on this ballot.
In accordance with 4.1.2 on Voting rules of the IEEE project 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee (LMSC) Operations Manual this ballot is closed.
Please see below for the results of the ballot, and per 7.2.1 for the results, the “Motion passes”, considering the early close criteria.
I will make final revs with the editorial update brought up (Thank You). Then work with Paul to provide to the ITU liaison to upload to WP 5A by the deadline.

Dear LMSC/EC Members,
With this email I would like to announce the start of an LMSC(EC) ballot on submissions to ITU-R WP 5A in response to two liaisons for recommendations M-1450 and M-1801. This is a continuation of prior submissions done over the past year or so.
Paul has delegated to me to conduct a LMSC(EC) 10-day electronic ballot on the motion below to approve the submissions to ITU-R WP 5A. This EC motion is per IEEE 802 OM 7.2.1 Procedure, P&P 7.1 b) (majority response) and P&P 7.1.2 (2/3 approval of votes cast) for communication with government bodies and public statements.
• Motion: Move to approve documents https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/21/18-21-0116-03-0000-proposed-modifications-to-itu-r-m-1450-5.docx and https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/21/18-21-0117-03-0000-proposed-modifications-to-itu-r-m-1801-2.docx for ITU-R M.1450-5 and M.1801-2 updated edits, respectively. For review and approval for submission to ITU-R WP 5A via ITU-R Liaison before contribution deadline for WP 5A’s next meeting. The Chair of 802.18 is authorized to make editorial changes as necessary.
