hi Roger,
now i am back, have been working with different folks on the different topics you have asked about and the short answer is, all your editorial inputs are okay.
already sent to Roger, though for the others, the lead-in statement we have been using for years and has been okay with IEEE-SA and the #s can be found throughout the IEEE web site. however Roger found a clear spot on the IEEE.org/about page that has what he suggested and it looks fine. so will update the template. for the other changes, they have been reviewed and some points were specific discussions working on the draft though the feedback is okay to go with Roger’s updates, thanks.
i have rev09 uploaded with the editorial markups.

Subject: Re: [802SEC] +++10-day EC Motion+++ Approval of reply comments to the FCC NPRM on 60GHz sensing radars
To: SEC STDS-802-SEC <stds-802-sec@listserv.ieee.org>, Jay Holcomb <jholcomb@ieee.org> :Jay,
I vote Disapprove, with comments attached.
I want to call out one policy issue, related to saying that IEEE "supports the needs and interests of engineers and scientists broadly." We have used this text in the past, but I don’t believe we should characterize IEEE unless we use IEEE’s wording. IEEE says that it engages in public policy “in order to advance the mission and vision of securing the benefits of technology for the advancement of society”; that’s very different from “supporting the needs of engineers and scientists,” and I believe that the difference is related to IEEE's legal status.

Dear LMSC/EC Members,
With this email I would like to announce the start of an LMSC(EC) ballot on reply comments to the FCC in response to their NPRM proposing rules changes for motion sensing radars in the 60GHz band, where we have standards and have concerns on coexistence. We did file comments on a waiver on this subject a few years back.
Paul has delegated to me to conduct a LMSC(EC) 10-day electronic ballot on the motion below to approve the reply comments to the FCC. This EC motion is per IEEE 802 OM 7.2.1 Procedure, P&P 7.1 b) (majority response) and P&P 7.1.2 (2/3 approval of votes cast) for communication with government bodies and public statements.

For uploading to the FCC on or before 18Oct20 or latest reply comment deadline. With the Chair of 802.18 authorized to make editorial changes, as necessary.
