I would like to invite you to take part in an IEEE 802 town hall event at a mutually agreeable time and date for all of you. Based on your geographical spread, 14h00 UTC seems to be the least bad time, but we are more than happy to hold the event at any other mutually agreeable time. Suggested dates are either the week of 2nd August 2021 or the week of 9th August 2021. Please could each of you let me know your availability for these times and dates, or if you have a different preference?
 
The proposed format for the IEEE 802 town hall event can be found at <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/21/ec-21-0156-00-00EC-proposed-ieee-802-townhall-for-ieee-sa-presidential-candidates.pdf> and was approved by the IEEE 802 Executive Committee of Friday 9th July 2021. We have also sought a review of this proposal before inviting you and have been informed by a member of IEEE Corporate Governance staff that the IEEE Election Oversight Committee did not have any concerns regarding the proposal.
