In the below referenced doodle poll, somehow Sunday March 21 was added as an option; I did not know how this was added: THIS IS NOT A VALID OPTION.
For one reason it would not meet the notice requirement nor provide any time for preparation.
Please disregard that option. If that is the only time for which you are available, please let me know via email and I will see what alternatives we might be considered. Be aware that I selected the time based on the time slot that has been used by the Restructuring ad hoc. As a sub-ad hoc that seemed logical as I expect participation form a sub-set of the overall ad hoc attendees.
Sorry if the errant option confuses anyone.

Subject: Polling for a meeting time
In support of the Restructuring Ad hoc, as reported on the EC virtual meeting today, I agreed to schedule a meeting for the Operational Efficiency sub-Ad hoc.
I have set up a Doodle poll (my very first) to poll for a meeting time. I am targeting the week of April 5 to provide sufficient time to pick a time, give notice, and do something with the outcome before the next Ad hoc call on April 20th.
