Dear EC Member,

Clarifying my clarification below -- March 2021 802 plenary session consent agenda item requests are due 48 hours prior to the start of the closing EC meeting (20:00 UTC Tuesday 16 March 2021).  

For all WGs, vote tallies in support of their consent agenda item are due 45 minutes before (19:14 UTC) the start of the closing EC plenary meeting (16:00 ET or 20:00 UTC) Thursday 18 March.

Dear EC Members,

David Law pointed out an issue regarding the deadline for submission of consent agenda items -- per the Chair's Guideline, when we meet in person the deadline is specified to be 12:15pm local time Friday, 45 minutes before the closing plenary start time, 1pm local time, on Friday of the plenary session week.

For the March 2021 session the deadline for submitting consent agenda items will be 45 minutes before the start of the closing EC plenary meeting (16:00 ET or 20:00 UTC) Thursday 18 March.
