On page 11 ec-20-0143-00-00EC the comment provides a very clear proposed resolution which is also clearly unacceptable to the CRG.

"Drop the entire standard" is more than sufficient detail for the CRG to determine specific changes that would satisfy the comment.    A correct resolution would begin "the CRG does not agree with the comment" which is in fact very well supported by the text that follows (which is IMO a near perfect example of how to handle such a comment other than the false assertion in the first sentence).

FWIW it should begin with a true statement such as "The CRG does not agree with the comment".
