Glenn, Thanks for noting the errors. I found another one as well on the first proposed motion https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/20/ec-20-0139-01-00EC-proposal-for-ieee-802-nov-2020-electronic-plenary.pptx I have made an update for the errors. I am holding off on making any changes about the proposed dates until there is more conversation on the reflector. John From: Glenn Parsons <glenn.parsons@ericsson.com> John, Such a plan is preferable to contain the PAR handling within the plenary. In addition to moving the responses due date up, I would suggest moving the submit comments date out so that it is after the WGs have their opening plenary meeting and could meet on this during the plenary session. For example, change Nov 8th to Nov 9th. I presume that the proposed Thursday Nov 19 for the closing EC is for other time zones to avoid Friday night/Saturday morning. In any case, in the deck “20 November 2020” on slide 7 should be “19 November 2020” and Slide 9 also has its 1st line reading July 2020 instead of November 2020. Cheers, Glenn. From: ***** IEEE 802 Executive Committee List ***** <STDS-802-SEC@LISTSERV.IEEE.ORG> On Behalf Of John D'Ambrosia All, At last week’s meeting I had proposed a motion to hold the Nov Plenary meeting electronically, which was subsequently tabled. Here is link to presentation with proposed motions on suspension of rules to enable November electronic meeting and how to address PARs / ICAIDs for Nov Plenary. This plan is based on what was done for July. Key dates of the proposal are as follows –
Please consider these dates and proposal and share your thoughts on reflector.
