I agree with Roger, as
"internet" is a network of networks where "the Internet" is
common term for the public internet that we all use and love to
exchange information and debate language usage :-). We are a
technical organization so we should be technically accurate IMO.

David,
In ec-20-0028-00-00EC, "internet" is referring
to "the" Internet and should be capitalized, in my opinion.
In ec-20-0027-00-00EC,
the Nikolich quote is a duplicate of the one from ec-20-0028-00-00EC; it has some
relevance, but it's not really on the topic.

Dear
EC members,
Based on the planned approval of the Ethernet Bandwidth
Assessment report and the publication of IEEE Std 802.3cg and
IEEE Std 802.3cn, I've arranged for the development of the two
attached press releases. Since the development of these press
releases were at the request of the respective Chairs and
myself I'm seeking EC approval.
I would like to request review before proceeding to an email
ballot, therefore please provide comments on the attached
drafts by Wednesday 26th February 2020 23:59 AOE.
Thanks and best regards,
David
