Tim is right, but you can also look right in IEEE Std 802.11ah, where you
will find "23. Sub 1 GHz (S1G) PHY specification."

Roger

Hi Jay,
I vote approve.
Jumping in on your question for Roger, IEEE Std 802.11-2016 does not
incorporate 802.11ah. S1G is in Clause 23 of 802.11REVmd (currently in SA
ballot)
Thanks,
Tim.

HI Roger,
the clarity you have added looks great with one question. where you are
updating the 802.11ah to 802.11 Clause 23, i looked on the disk of
standards we received a few weeks ago and 802.11ah amendment is in the
802.11 folder and not seeing any reference to it in the base 802.11-2016
standard and it only goes to clause 22. how are you looking at 802.11
clause 23?
thanks

to ensure the release is provided in a timely manner, this ballot may close
early once sufficient responses are received to clearly decide a matter.
