Jon, “Back” might be interpreted differently by people. Currently the start time is 6:00. I assume you are proposing 6:15pm? I am fine with this. If we can do that, then i would vote yes to your motion. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jon Rosdahl Engineer, Senior Staff office: 801-492-4023 Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. cell: 801-376-6435 10871 North 5750 West Highland, UT 84003 A Job is only necessary to eat! Dear EC Members, At the upcoming Nov 2019 Plenary, there will only be 1 tutorial session on Monday night, which leaves additional time for individual WG use, if the time is released by the EC. Previously, the EC had voted to release Monday evenings with no tutorial sessions back to the WGs for their schedule / use. (See Consent Agenda Item 4.04, June 5, 2018, https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/18/ec-18-0101-00-00EC-ec-teleconference-minutes-june-5-2018.pdf) No such motion was taken at the June teleconference by the EC in relationship to the unused time at the Nov 2019 Plenary. I have discussed the situation with Paul, who has delegated to me the conduct of the EC electronic ballot on the following motion: Motion to release time not used for tutorials on Monday Evening Nov 11 for WG schedule / use. M: John D’Ambrosia S: David Law Early close: As required in subclause 4.1.2 'Voting rules' of the IEEE 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee (LMSC) Operations Manual, this is notice that, to ensure the release is provided in a timely manner, this ballot may close early once sufficient responses are received to clearly decide a matter. Thanks and best regards, John D’Ambrosia
