[802SEC] Request for two additional IEEE 802 LMSC Interim Teleconference agenda items

Item 1: Liaison reply to ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 6, response to China NB comments on the IEEE Std 802.3cb-2018 and IEEE Std 802.3-2018 60-day ballots

Motion: 

Approve <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/19/ec-19-0086-00-00EC-ieee-802-3-liaison-reply-to-iso-iec-jtc-1-sc-6-on-ieee-std-802-3cb-2018-and-ieee-std-802-3-2018.pdf> as communication to ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 6, granting the IEEE 802.3 Chair (or his delegate) editorial license.
