Dear
EC,
We are past the deadline for the ballot and in accordance with 4.1.2 on Voting rules of the IEEE project 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee (LMSC) Operations Manual, this ballot is closed.
Please see below for results of the ballot, and per 7.2.1 for the results, the “Motion Fails”, due to lack of responses.
Per the note in the original ballot on dates that we would like to get something to Ofcom to consider, I will discuss with a few if I try again with the updated draft, or not.
Best Regards,
Jay Holcomb
IEEE 802.18 Chair
