I plan to be on the call, but in case I can't make it I have comments regarding Ombudsman:
a) should the Sponsor Ombudsman be enumerated somewhere under 4.0 Membership? Currently it is not.
b) consider adding a sentence to 11.0 Sponsor Ombudsman the defines the role. Based on http://www.ieee802.org/IEEE 802 Ombudsman.ppt, I suggest something along these lines:
"The Sponsor Ombudsman shall serve as a confidential information resource, communications channel, complaint-handler and dispute-resolver."
