[802SEC] 15.7 REVISON 1 EXTENSION PAR

Hi All

Attached is a one year extension PAR for 15.7 Revision 1 which I am 
submitting for approval to forward to NesCom under the 48 hour rule.

We are currently in Sponsor Ballot and believe we can finish up before the 
end of the year, but feel  this extension is needed just in case there is 
some glitch. As with any extension PAR there are no changes other than the 
date of completion. Please let me know if there are any questions.
