Thanks for the consideration of my comments.  I have a few comments 
regarding the responses:

The correct title for IEEE Std 802.15.7 is:
IEEE Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks—Part 15.7: 
Short-Range Wireless Optical Communication Using Visible Light

The correct title for IEEE P802.15.3 is:
IEEE Draft Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks—
Part 15.13: Multi Giga bit/sec Optical Wireless Communications

The response for 1.2.4 a) is insufficient.  The answer is to be put in 
the CSD, not as a reference to an external document.  Please put the 
required information in the CSD.

I will be opposed to this PAR on the basis that the CSD is incomplete 
until 1.2.4 a) has an answer.
