Do you know if the other documents listed are still relevant?
1. IEEE Policies, Sections 11 IEEE Financial Matters and 12.6 Contracts with Exclusive Rights
2. IEEE Financial Operations Manual, Sections FOM.3 Asset/Liability Management and FOM.8 Contract and Purchasing Orders
4. SASB OM 5.3 Standards development meetings.

There no longer exists a Section 16.7.1 of the Computer Society Policies
and Procedures Manual. In fact, Section 16 is the "Fellows" section, while
Section 15 is the financial section. But it gets worse: Section 15 has
been hollowed out and most of the info transferred to a FinCom handbook,
which makes no mention of banking accounts.
Might want to delete this or find an alternate reference..
