[802SEC] +++ EC 5 Day Review +++ Liaison letters to ITU-T SG15

Dear EC members,

At the IEEE 802.3 closing plenary meeting on Thursday 9th November 2017 the IEEE 802.3 Working Group approved sending the following six liaison letters to ITU SG15. 

Liaison letter to ITU-T Study Group 15 on IEEE P802.3bs status
Working Group vote: Y: 99, N 0, A: 6

Liaison response to ITU-T SG15 on Access Network Transport (ANT) Standardization Workplan
Working Group vote: Y: 95, N 0, A: 3

Liaison response to ITU-T SG15 on Home Network Transport (HNT) Standardization Workplan
Working Group vote: Y: 95, N 0, A: 3

Liaison letter to ITU-T SG15 on progress of IEEE P802.3ca
Working Group vote: Y: 87, N: 0, A: 0

Liaison response to ITU-T SG15 on coordination on IM/DM for OAM
Working Group vote: Y: 95, N: 0, A: 0

Liaison response to ITU-T SG15 on coherent 100 Gb/s DWDM interfaces
Working Group vote: Y: 97, N:0, A: 0

Based on the above I'm announcing the start of the five day review required by subclause 8.2.2 'Sponsor subgroup communications with government bodies' of the IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual for statements not presented for review in a sponsor meeting. The six draft letters are attached, if there is no motion to block made before Monday 20th November 2017 23:59 AOE I will go ahead and send the letters.
