The IEEE 802.1 and IEEE 802.3 interims are January 22 - January 26 so moving the EC telcon the RevCom submission date would also move it to before or during those interims. The Wireless interim is the week before so there isn't any time in between to run the telecon. Therefore, there isn't really any time we could put the telecon in that range and even if there was, it wouldn't serve outcomes from the .1 and .3 meetings.
Therefore, I can't support the request.
I'll also note that several chairs kicked of email motions for such things last time even though there was no submission date reason to do that before the telecon. So I don't see a reason to schedule special telcons to meet RevCom submission date when we have other mechanisms available. In this case, an email motion from the Wireless interim would have to be early close to meet the deadline or, as James suggests, the item placed on the RevCom agenda before approval of the motion and pulled if the motion fails.

Pat
