[802SEC] 802.22.3 SCOS - Working Group Letter Ballot on Draft 2.0

With this e-mail, I would like to inform you of the launch of the IEEE P802.22.3 (Spectrum Characterization and Occupancy Sensing), Working Group Letter Ballot on Draft v2.0. 

Ballot Start Date: Sunday, October 1st, 2017
Ballot End Date: Monday, October 30th, 12 midnight, Anywhere on Earth.
Ballot Pool: 802.22 WG Voting Members
