[802SEC] November 2017 Plenary Session - Meeting Space Requests Past Due

Thank you to 802.18 and 802.3 for submitting your meeting room specs.  All other Working Groups requirements are over due.  Kindly use the attached file to submit your requests.  We look forward to working with all of you this November.

Please mark your calendar: All meeting space requests for the November plenary session are due by 12 noon PST on Wednesday, September 20.  We ask you submit requests using the attached template provided and include any additional times or days.  We will do the best to accommodate you as we have some flexibility with our meeting space at the November plenary.
