All- forwarding on behalf of our illustrious chair John D’Ambrosia Recording Secretary, IEEE 802 LMSC From: Paul Nikolich [mailto:paul.nikolich@att.net] John, Please try sending this to the EC reflector on my behalf, it still hasn't made it through. Thank you. --Paul ------ Forwarded Message ------ From: "Paul Nikolich" <paul.nikolich@att.net> Sent: 3/8/2016 10:07:16 AM Subject: Indemnifiction information for public sharing Dear EC members, I received the attached slide deck from Eileen Lach last week regarding our request for publicly sharable information on the IEEE indemnification policy. Feel free to share it with your groups. I will allocate time to discuss it next week during our plenary session if there are additional questions. Regards, --Paul ------ Forwarded Message ------ From: "Eileen Lach" <e.m.lach@ieee.org> To: "Paul Nikolich" <paul.nikolich@att.net> Sent: 3/3/2016 6:08:46 PM Subject: Re: Re[4]: Indemnifiction slide deck Dear Paul: Thank you for waiting to receive this revised deck developed from the slides presented by Jon Wiggins and Kristina Agassi at the 802 Executive Committee on January 23rd. We have recast the deck so that it can be publicly shared with the 802 volunteers without an accompanying narrative. It now emphasizes exactly what are the conditions to be met in order to obtain IEEE indemnification. Please note that it is not marked as confidential and can be distributed without restriction within the 802 volunteer community. I am now back in the office. Please call me if you have any questions with regard to the presentation. Sincerely, Eileen |
