Colleagues, We have now confirmed the mentors for the fellowship recipients and have updated the summary sheet accordingly (see attached). The IEEE 802 and ISOC Cooperative Fellowship Pilot Program at the 802 plenary will begin with a luncheon held with the invited fellow recipients and mentors on Sunday, 13 March from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CST. The first part of the lunch
will consist of a presentation given to the fellows providing an overview of IEEE, IEEE-SA, IEEE 802. The presentation will facilitate discussion with the fellows on their objectives for attending the IEEE 802 plenary and how we can help them to achieve these
objectives. The second part will consist of lunch and an opportunity to interact with the fellows. The IEEE-SA would like to invite members of the IEEE 802 EC to attend the luncheon and to interact with the fellows. If you would like to attend the presentation and luncheon, please respond directly to Jodi Haasz (j.haasz@ieee.org)
no later than the end of business on Monday, 29 February (noting any dietary restrictions). Please note that this will be a plated luncheon and an accurate headcount is required for the hotel. The program will continue throughout the week, with the following activities: - Breakfast with the fellow recipients Monday through Thursday, 14-17 March at 7:00 am CST in Cafe Deco in the Venetian Hotel. - Luncheon with the fellow recipients on Wednesday, 16 March from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm in Cafe Deco in the Venetian hotel.
