[802SEC] Conditions met to forward 15.3m to Sponsor Ballot
Dear EC members:
In Dallas we received conditional approval to forward 802.15.3m REVa to
Sponsor Ballot. The conditions have been met and we will be
starting SB shortly as soon as we have verified that the SB pool is
balanced. See below for detail. Please let me know if you have any
comments and/or questions.

Conditions:
a) Recirculation ballot is completed. Generally, the recirculation ballot
and resolution should occur in accordance with the schedule presented at
the time of conditional approval.
- The recirculation ballot completed on 13 November,
2015.
b) After resolution of the recirculation ballot is completed, the
approval percentage is at least 75% and there are no new valid DISAPPROVE
votes.
- The approval percentages is 98.73% (78 Y/1 N)
c) No technical changes, as determined by the WG Chair, were made as a
result of the recirculation ballot.
- No changes were made as a result of the recirculation
ballot.
d) No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues that are not
resolved to the satisfaction of the submitter from existing DISAPPROVE
voters.
- 9 DISAPPROVE comments were received and all were determined
to be out of scope of the recirculation as they were on unchanged text or
on text not affected by changes elsewhere in the draft. The voter
was informed of the reasons why the comments were out of scope. 2
were marked "no" for "Must be satisfied" and hence
are treated as part of an APPROVE vote. The comment resolution can

e) If the WG Chair determines that there is a new invalid DISAPPROVE
comment or vote, the WG Chair shall promptly provide details to the
Sponsor.

f) The WG Chair shall immediately report the results of the ballot to
the Sponsor including: the date the ballot closed, vote tally and
comments associated with any remaining disapproves (valid and
invalid), the WG responses and the rationale for ruling any vote
invalid.
