Re: [802SEC] Responses to comments received on IEEE 802.3 PARs and CSD

Dear Colleagues,

It was noted during the IEEE 802.3 Working Group closing plenary yesterday afternoon that while the scope of the IEEE P802.3ca project includes 25 Gb/s, 50 Gb/s and 100 Gb/s the title only lists 25 Gb/s and 100 Gb/s. Based on this the IEEE 802.3 Working Group voted to update the title to include 50 Gb/s. The updated IEEE P802.ca PAR draft is attached with this additional change marked in dark green underscore. It is this attached IEEE P802.3ca PAR that I will seeking approval for today.
