Note that the deadline suspension is the result of a petition for deadline extension by the NAB. No new deadlines have been set.

AMENDMENT OF PARTS 15, 73 AND 74 OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES TO PROVIDE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF ONE VACANT CHANNEL IN THE UHF TELEVISION BAND FOR USE BY WHITE SPACE DEVICES AND WIRELESS MICROPHONES.   Suspended the comment deadlines in the rulemaking proceeding seeking comment on rules to preserve vacant television channels.
